Once you've successfully installed MESA on your Shopify store, you'll be directed to your Dashboard page. Here, you'll find an overview of your workflows, plan, and information on where to get assistance if needed. If you navigate away from this page, you may return by selecting the MESA icon at the top left of your screen.

Additionally, at the bottom of your dashboard, you'll find a section for Automation Activity. This usage activity chart provides you with high-level status details for your workflows.

Let's look at the status types of usage to better understand the chart:

  • Started - Total automations that have run.

  • Completed - Count of automations that completed all steps in a workflow.

  • Error - Amount of automations that experienced an error.

  • Stopped - Number of automations that were not completed due to an unmet condition. For example, when an automation is triggered but does not pass the filter within the workflow to complete the next or final action.

Just below the Automation Activity chart, there are filters you may use to narrow usage details for all workflows or a single workflow as well as a 7, 30, or 60-day history. (Note, 60-day usage history is available on the Unlimited Plan only).
