Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can change your MESA plan at any time. Any subscription charges will be prorated. Learn more.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes! MESA's free plan is a great way to get started with automation. You get access to MESA's template library and the workflow builder. With 50 automations granted per month, 2 enabled automations, and 2 connected apps, you'll be able to automate to your heart's content.

Do you offer a trial for the other MESA plans?

We do. Hobby, Professional, and Business plans come with a 7-day free trial. See what workflows you can create using MESA's popular Pro apps: Salesforce, Hubspot, and Odoo. What if I decide to cancel?

Say it isn't so. Yes, you can cancel by clicking "delete" next to the application on your Shopify app menu. We may still send you a holiday card though :)

What are workflows?

Workflows are a sequence of steps that MESA can carry out on your behalf. Imagine teaching a friend to do a task: "first you do this, then you do that..." - that's a workflow!

What are automations?

Every time your workflow runs, it gets counted as an automation. An automation can be started at a scheduled time and date, or when an event happens - like when a new order is created.

For example:

  1. Your workflow begins when a Shopify order is created.
  2. For each order, one automation runs and will cost $0.01.
  3. If your Shopify store gets 1000 orders per month.
  4. You would have $10 in usage charges per month.
