Add a task in Asana when a Shopify order is created
This template will:
- Add a task in Asana when a customer places a Shopify order.

➕ Select Workspace, Name, and a Project
✏️ Configure your notes
✅ Save and enable your workflow to start automating!
Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.
On the next screen, click on Allow to grant MESA permission to connect with your Asana account.
You will head back to your workflow on the MESA dashboard.
In the Step Configuration section of the Asana Create Task step, select a Workspace and Project, and add a Name.
Scroll down until you locate the HTML Notes field. Feel free to adjust the existing note.
You can customize the note with MESA's Variables feature to make the note more personalized.
Optional: Asana provides additional fields that you are free to include and configure in the Asana Create Task step.
Click the Done button in the Account Credentials section.
At the top of or below the workflow, click the Save button to save your changes.
