Collect brand ambassador Instagram handles and tag customers with "Influencer"

🔧 Setup is needed:

✅ Save and enable your workflow to start automating!

This template will add a form to your Shopify store that allows you to collect Instagram handles from customers who are interested in joining your brand ambassador and influencer program. Once the form is completed and submitted, MESA will add an Influencer tag to the customer.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

1. In the Form trigger step, hit the copy button next to the Form Embed Code.

2. You can view how the Form looks like by hitting the Open Form Builder button.

3. Hit the Cancel button when you are done viewing the Form.

4. In a separate tab, go to your Shopify Admin, click on Settings, and then Checkout and accounts.

5. Paste the copied Form Embed Code in the Order status page field, under the Additional Scripts section. Then, click on Save.

6. Go back to your MESA workflow. At the top of the workflow, hit the Save button to save your changes.

7. Hit the toggle to switch it to On when you are ready to start using the workflow.

8. ⚡ See your workflow in action!

Your workflow needs to be enabled in order to see it working.

  • In a new tab, return to your Orders.
  • Select an Order.
  • Select More Actions from the dropdown menu in the right-hand corner.
  • Select view order status page.

Your survey will appear at the top of the confirmation page. Submit a response to preview how the form response will be collected and saved in the customer note.
