Add a post-purchase survey form and send results to Google Sheets

This template will collect responses from a post-purchase survey via Forms by MESA and sends the responses for each submission to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Let's get started 🚀
Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.
1. In the Google Sheets Row Create step, click the Authenticate with Google button to create a new Credential and authenticate with Google.
If you have already created a Credential, select an existing one in the Existing Credentials drop-down menu. Then, hit the Done button.
2. In the Step Configuration section, select Create new and add a spreadsheet name.
Click the Create Spreadsheet button to create a new spreadsheet on your Google Sheets account.
3. The Select Spreadsheet field will display with the title of the new spreadsheet. Click the external link icon to the right of the search bar to view your new spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
5. Click on the Done button in the Step Configuration section.

11. Hit the toggle to switch it to On when you are ready to start using the workflow.
12.⚡️ See your workflow in action!
- Navigate to your Orders in the Shopify admin.
- Select an Order.
- Select More Actions from the drop-down menu in the right-hand corner.
- Select the View Order Status Page.
Your survey will appear at the top of the confirmation page. Go ahead and provide a response in the feedback form and see your response in the spreadsheet.
