Add Uploadery line items to Google Sheets

Setup is required before this template will work. Follow the steps below.

This workflow adds Uploadery line items to an existing Google Sheets spreadsheet when an order is created.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

1. Open the Google Sheets Add Row step and click the Authenticate with Google button to create a new Credential and authenticate with Google.

If you have already created a Credential, select an existing one in the Existing Credentials drop-down menu.

2. In the Step Configuration section, create a new Google Sheets spreadsheet. 

Select Create new under the Spreadsheet field and add a spreadsheet name. Click on the Create Spreadsheet button to create a new Google Sheets spreadsheet with column headers.

The Select Spreadsheet field will display with the title of the new spreadsheet. Click the external link icon to the right of the search bar to view your new spreadsheet in Google Sheets.

3. Feel free to adjust the title of your spreadsheet.

4. Scroll to the right of the spreadsheet till you see the "uploadery_1" column header. Adjust "uploadery_1" to match the Field Name that you set up in Uploadery.

Add one column header for any additional Uploadery' Label on Cart(s) that you would like to save in your spreadsheet (i.e. Image, Image_2).

5. Go back to the workflow and click on the Update spreadsheet columns button again to apply the changes to the workflow.

Anytime you make additional changes on the Google Sheets spreadsheet, like changing the title or column headers, you'll need to click the Update spreadsheet columns button again to apply them to the workflow.

6. Scroll down to the bottom of the Columns section and add the Tokens for your Uploadery fields by clicking the token selector {+} icon. A menu will pop up on the right-hand side and under the Loop icon, select from the list of Tokens that represent the file upload details.

7. At the top of the workflow, hit the Save button to save your changes.

8. Hit the Enable button when you are ready to start using the workflow.
