Send an email if a package hasn't been delivered

Setup is required before this template will work. Follow the steps below.

This workflow will email customers after 20 days if their package still hasn't been delivered.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

1. Open the Delay step and adjust "20" to adjust the number of days to wait after the package has not been delivered. This can be customized to however many days you'd like the delay to be.

2. Open the Email step and adjust the message sent to your customers.

3. At the top of the workflow, hit the Save button to save your changes.

4. Hit the Enable button when you are ready to start using the workflow.

Optional Customizations

On the Email step, adjust the From email address under the Advanced Options.
