Add a free product to a first time customer's order
🔧 Simple setup is needed:

✅ Save and enable your workflow to start automating!
This template will get to work after your customer completes their checkout. Once the order is created, MESA will check to determine if it's the customer's first order then will add a free product to the order for fulfillment. Create a moment they’ll remember or even share with friends and family!

Follow the steps below on how to set up this workflow.
1. Open the Shopify Order Line Item Add step and select the Product and Variant that should be added as the free product to orders. You can use the Product to Add and Product Variant to Add fields.
Select "Default Title" on the Product Variant to Add field if the product only has 1 variant.
If you cannot locate the product or variant, you can select Enter custom product ID or Enter custom variant ID and use the product ID and variant ID instead. If you need help locating these ID values, please contact MESA support.
2. At the top of the workflow, hit the Save button to save your changes.
3. Hit the Enable button when you are ready to start using the workflow.
Adjust the Note added to the order (or do not add a note at all) by changing the Staff Note field in the Shopify Order Line Item Add step.
