Test a Workflow Using Mesa Approvals

The Approvals by Mesa app can pause any automation and require manual approval of data that is about to be published to the next step.

It lives in your Mesa Dashboard. Once it has been added to a workflow, you can easily monitor it through the Approvals tab as the ideal testing tool. You can add an approval step to any workflow to verify that everything is working and halt execution before any data is saved.

Configuring

Form

1. Set up your Mesa Form

This step is used when you want to create a form for your customers to submit. The Success Redirect URL field will allow you to redirect customers to a specific link, or to embedded pages on your Shopify store.

You can build a form from scratch, or copy the HTML code from our Form Builder, modify it, and use it on any page on the web. More details can be found on Mesa Forms here: Details

2. Create a credential at this step to connect your store and the correct product

3. Finally, enter an email address that should receive an email notification when a new pending approval is created. All recipients will receive an email.

Be sure to check the "Promotions" tab in your email client, or add mesa@theshoppad.net to your contacts list if you are not receiving emails.
