Schedule a daily export of orders into Google Sheets

🔧 Setup is needed:
🔌 Connect with Google Drive & Google Sheets
➕ Add Spreadsheet ID token
✅ Save and enable your workflow to start automating!

This template will export all orders placed on a single day into a unique Google Sheets spreadsheet. 

This template will send the order number, customer email, total price, and total weight of the order. These details will occupy its own individual column and each order will occupy its own row.

Let’s get started 🚀

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

1. In the Google Drive Create Spreadsheet step, create a Credential to connect your Google Drive account with MESA. Click on the Authenticate with Google button.

If you have already created a credential, select the existing one in the Existing Credentials drop-down menu. Then, hit the Done button.

2. In the Google Sheets Write Sheet step, create a Credential to connect your Google Sheets account with MESA. Click on the Authenticate with Google button.

If you have already created a credential, select the existing one in the Existing Credentials drop-down menu. Then, hit the Done button.

3. In the Google Sheets Write Sheet step, edit the Step Configuration section and locate the Spreadsheet field. Click on the field and select the Custom Value value. 

4. In the Spreadsheet field, click on the {+} icon to utilize MESA's Token feature

5. Select the Spreadsheet ID token from the right-hand sidebar. 

6. Hit the Done button at the bottom of the Step Configuration section.

7. At the top of or below the workflow, hit the Save button to save your changes.

8. Hit the toggle to switch it to On when you are ready to start using the workflow.

Optional Customization

In the Transform Mapping Step, you can click on Add Row to create additional fields and send more details to your Google Sheet.
